DVD Duplication, the bit for bit copying of DVD discs is one of 24-7s core strengths; our staff have been duplicating DVDs since the launch of the recordable DVD format in 1998.

24-7 is proud to constantly stay on top of DVD recording technology; our banks of DVD recorders are constantly being upgraded so that we have the youngest and most reliable disc recorders in the country.
Our Same Day service and 24hr DVD duplication infrastructure is robotic and capacity is over 5000 DVD-R discs per 12hr day. We only use Sony recordable media, our buying power and relationship over many years means we have developed our own specification DVD-r.
This ensures that our discs playback in the highest percentile of DVD players in the market. We don't cut corners and testament to this is our guarantee that you will not find a more compatible duplicated dvd-r, or your money back.

Each disc we produce is an exact clone of your master, the first stage of duplication is our input master QC stage, where we check your master in our carefully selected DVD player matrix*.
After we are happy that your disc is DVD Video compatible, we load it on to our system where the file system, is further checked against the physical capacity of a the DVD specification.
Once these checks are confirmed we start the duplication & verification process. All DVDs duplicated at 24-7 are compared back to the client content master.
Our next process over and above the verification is random testing of the discs to ensure compliance and reduce any human error.
