When submitting a DLT tapes as a master for DVD replication, these guidelines must be followed to ensure smooth mastering and replication of your discs.
If using DVD copy protection; when writing your DLT tapes from the authoring application, check that all of the correct flags are set for CSS and Macrovision. The most common types of CSS flag is that the DLT is prepped for CSS, but without keys.
When we receive your DLTs the keys will be added just prior to glassmastering.
• Clearly label your DLTs with, name of title, date, client, and Layer (Layer 0 or Layer 1)
• DLTs must be formatted as DDP v2.0 or 2.1
• We do not accept DLT-1, it must be a DLT 2000, 4000, 7000 or 8000 formatted DLT III or IV tape |

24-7DVD offer a video, audio and navigation QC service on your DVD/Check Disc master by request, it is a chargeable service.
Once your DLT master is ready, send it to 24-7DVD (or we will collect free of charge pls ask) for the attention of your client handler, along with your order details.
