Invest in your product. To add that extra finish to your discs we are able to offer a Special Colours option. These are non standard colours such as metallics, dry mattes, high gloss, laminate mattes or fluorescents.
All are possible. Available on both silk screen and offset, all creative tastes can be accommodated. Special colours are most suitable for solid block colours (not photos).
It is most important for graphic data supplied for silkscreen printing to be created from vector graphics (a line art based infinite resolution graphics file). |

This is commonly a .eps, .pdf or .ai file. The most ideal input master is a vector based press ready pdf file template, the file is electronically ripped and films produced, these films are exposed onto screens which are placed in the print machine.
Each screen prints one colour by using a blade to squeeze the paint onto the disc through the mask on to the disc.
The disc is then passed under a UV drier before the next colour is applied.
