Guide
to Blu-ray authoring with 24-7 dvd
We are happy to guide you through the process of creating
Blu-ray discs with us
Planning your project
Talk to 24-7 during the planning stages to discuss what features
of the Blu-ray format would benefit your project. Blu-ray
has many new features and many in development and we can advise
on which might benefit your content and audience.
Lay out the menu structure in a flow chart, noting any features
that are to be used such as subtitles, multiple audio tracks
or pop up menus.
Make a list of the video assets to be included in the project
including information on their running time and any chapter
points and the time codes of the chapter points. Submit this
with your tapes or hard drive.
List any stills, graphics, interactive components or files
such as subtitle files that are to be included. Submit this
list with the assets.
